Rationality of study: In Salboni there are routine immunization, outreach facility which are running by Salboni rural hospitals fieldworkers ANM(R) (Auxiliary nursing and midwifery) staffs; their works are supervised by Health Supervisor; supervisors are evaluated by BPHN (Block Public Health Nurse), those kind of staffs deliver health services rural people of Salboni block through Subcentre which are situated in ten gram panchayat of block with association of local Government.
Community health: The flow of information to and from the hospital is generally inadequate. Evidence presented to the Expert Committee (based on one, not untypical, study) suggests that at least half of the letters of referral to hospitals were inadequate, and reports and summaries were either defective or late, or both
